- Lead engineer for Packers & Movers across web, the customer app and the partner app; also build internal developer tooling.
- Work directly with the marketing, SEO and product teams to grow the product: MoEngage push and campaigns, SEO city pages, and A/B experiments measured end to end.
- RepoBrain: built an MCP code-knowledge server indexing 23 codebases into a ~308k-node graph; cut AI-assistant tokens by 59% and cost by 43% per question.
- Shipped the standalone Packers & Movers app on Android and iOS: TurboModules, MoEngage push, deep links, UPI payments and install attribution.
- Built a CodePush release platform: npm-published CLI, release dashboard and Bitbucket Pipelines for OTA updates.
- Built the new React Native Partner App (full-screen job alerts, single-device login, background location) and a flag-gated migration off the legacy app.
- logstream: SDK + Cloud Run dashboard to watch one real user's console, network and crashes live while they reproduce a bug.
- Web performance & growth: chunk deferral, LCP prioritisation, deferred-login A/B tests by city; earlier route-based revamp brought CLS to 0.1.
- Found true push reachability was 18%, not the reported 63.5%, and shipped stale-token re-registration.
